In his opening statement, Owens described Boone and Torres buying wine at Publix around noon on February 23, 2020, followed by a later purchase by Torres alone, and previewed store videos and receipts. Koepsell testified that she went to Publix and obtained surveillance video showing them there. In closing, Cacciatore cited the Publix surveillance as part of the State's argument that Boone was intoxicated.
