DEVIN JAMRO: I do.
THE COURT: Sir, good morning. You can take a seat, and please state and spell your name for the record.
DEVIN JAMRO: My name is Devin Jamro. That's D-e-v-i-n J-a-m-r-o.

DIRECT EXAMINATION
BY MR. CACCIATORE:
MR. CACCIATORE: Sir, who do you work for?
DEVIN JAMRO: I work for Publix Super Markets.
MR. CACCIATORE: And what is your position with Publix Super Markets?
DEVIN JAMRO: I am the assistant store manager.
MR. CACCIATORE: And at what location?
DEVIN JAMRO: Currently at the Casselberry location.
MR. CACCIATORE: Were you at the location on Goldenrod and University Boulevard back in February of 2020?
DEVIN JAMRO: Yes, I was.
MR. CACCIATORE: Your Honor, may I approach the witness with what's been previously marked for identification as State's D and been shown to defense?
THE COURT: D, as in delta?
MR. CACCIATORE: D, as in delta.
THE COURT: Yes, you may.
BY MR. CACCIATORE:
MR. CACCIATORE: Sir, I'm showing you what's been marked for identification as State's D. Could you use these scissors and open -- and open this and look at the contents of this package to yourself?
DEVIN JAMRO: Sure.
MR. CACCIATORE: Sir, do you recognize those items?
DEVIN JAMRO: I do, yes.
MR. CACCIATORE: And tell us, what are these items?
DEVIN JAMRO: These are Publix receipts.
MR. CACCIATORE: Are these receipts evidence of transactions at Publix, are they made at or near the time of each transaction?
DEVIN JAMRO: They are absolutely made at the time of the transaction.
MR. CACCIATORE: And is it in the normal course of business that Publix keeps these receipts?
DEVIN JAMRO: Yes.
MR. CACCIATORE: And these fairly and accurately appear to be the receipts from your Publix store?
DEVIN JAMRO: Yeah, yeah.
MR. CACCIATORE: Your Honor, at this time I'd like to move what's previously been marked for identification as State's D into evidence.
THE COURT: Any objections?
MR. OWENS: No objection.
THE COURT: What was premarked as State's D will be received into evidence without objection as State's 1.

MR. CACCIATORE: Your Honor, may I approach the witness with what's been previously marked for identification as State's J and shown to defense?
THE COURT: You may.
BY MR. CACCIATORE:
MR. CACCIATORE: Sir, I'm showing you what's been marked for identification as State's J. Can you take a look at that disk?
DEVIN JAMRO: Yes.
MR. CACCIATORE: Do you see your initials on that disk?
DEVIN JAMRO: I do.
MR. CACCIATORE: Okay. Did you have an opportunity to look at that disk prior to coming to court this morning?
DEVIN JAMRO: I did, yes.
MR. CACCIATORE: And tell us, what is that disk?
DEVIN JAMRO: This is CCT -- CCTV footage burned from the camera system at the location.
MR. CACCIATORE: And at Publix, is it the regular practice of Publix to utilize surveillance cameras?
DEVIN JAMRO: Yes.
MR. CACCIATORE: And in the normal course of business, are the videos from those surveillance cameras kept?
DEVIN JAMRO: Yes.
MR. CACCIATORE: Okay. And are these the cameras taken from February 23rd, 2020, and I believe there's two video clips included, one at 12:17 p.m. and another at approximately 5:39 p.m.?
DEVIN JAMRO: Yes.
MR. CACCIATORE: And they fairly and accurately represent the surveillance video that was submitted from Publix to law enforcement in this case?
DEVIN JAMRO: They do, yes.
MR. CACCIATORE: Your Honor, at this time I'd like to move what's previously been marked for identification as State's J into evidence.
THE COURT: Any objections?
MR. OWENS: No objection.
THE COURT: What was premarked as State's J will be received into evidence without objection as State's 2.
